Thanksgiving Dinner

With the Thanksgiving Holiday just around the corner I wanted to take a few moments and talk with my students and followers about the art of gratitude.

Often times people are not grateful for the world they live, the life that they have because they are so focused on what is wrong in the world. What you think about expands but I have a secret for you. When you focus on the negative, that is a form of gratitude and if you are grateful for bad things, you will get more of them!
